Wear can I tan that is Clothing Optional?

I am not interested in a nude resort where you go to dinner and all other activities are nude. I am simply looking for a resort location that has "Clothing Optional" beaches. I have it on my bucket list to tan in the nude before I am 50.

Does it have to be on a beach with other nude people?

I ask because there are loads of places in the Caribbean where you could tan naked on your own patio by renting a villa or condo.

I think no one minds if you sunbathe nude on some of the more remote beaches on St. Barts. At least that's the way it used to be. I haven't been there in a few years.

Suze, that's the case on some islands, but not the British ones! (Anguilla, Turks and Caicos, Caymans, Bahamas, so on)

Another problem: Caribbean has really gotten popular in the last couple of years--finding an isolated beach requires some work and usually a boat--and even then others may pass by.

So best bet is to do it on a beach where it has others doing so!

If you are staying at a house with a private (not visible) yard, how would anyone stop you?

blamona Jan 19th, 2015 12:52 PM

They wouldn't stop you, and in yards it's fine, but OP wants beach nude sunbathing--

So I'm giving her options where it happens, there are a couple of other places, but it seems OP is looking for beaches that are clothing optional

That's why I asked earlier if it had to be a "beach".
