Owa dear
Did you say "water Taxi" ? Make sure you have your DH at hand to help you aboard !
I know you'll be fine with any mode of transport...I just still hyperventilate at the mention of "water taxi"

I'm not sure where you finally decided to go, Owa-- but remember that some of the resorts will pick you up in Tortola no matter how late in the evening. We "private" ferried over to Little Dix at around 11:00 last time; plane was very late and LD was great. (You've been to Peter I if I'm remembering correctly, so you know abt the private ferries....)

Try Dohms Water Taxi; they've picked me up at Red Hook once @10PM going to St. John. I've also used them between the BVI's a few times (although never at night)
Google them-you'll find their website.

I stayed at Biras Creek on Virgin Gorda 8 years ago, if my memory is correct it took some time to get there from Tortola. I would rent a room for one night near the port in Tortola. You don't know what the weather might be like and how late your plane could be. Just a suggestion.
