Puzzled - you say<BR>If you went AI as you stated what's this about " free top ups?" <BR><BR>On AI, you still have to sign for all food and drinks. Therefore, if you get a 'free' top-up, you don't sign for it. <BR><BR>It is not important if you are on AI, but more so if you are not. It just demonstrates the advanyage of being pleasant to the staff works boths ways, i.e just because they are there to serve/help, being civil goes a long way.<BR><BR>

Yes, I am back, and I am posting a separate report. I have to disagree strongly with Laura on the service and the food. Yes, the food and drink were expensive but no more so for big hotels in the Caribbean. And I really don't know what Laura means when she says "it made her sick." Are we talking food poisoning?? <BR><BR>The staff were warm, responsive and accommodating. My bill at check out was correct. We were upgraded at no charge to a Villa Suite when we arrived.<BR><BR>We always got a receipt when we signed for things. <BR><BR>We did not spend $2,000 on food, drinks and excursions.<BR><BR>I am sorry that Laura had such a bad time but I really think that apart from the expense of the food, her complaints are somewhat overblown.
