Villa Rental in T&C

Can anyone recommend a good villa rental agency in Turks and Caicos?

Thank you.

hi syd, i will list several rental companies on provo. i have done a boatload of research on this subject and would be happy to share.
if you can afford them henry moog's collection of villas are the best on island imho. his 2 newest paprika and tamarind are very pricey but Very nice and sandstone and turtle beach are almost next door and much more reasonable. these are on grace bay beach, by turtle cove marina, with smith bay beach snorkeling at your door. they are away from the resorts. i have stayed in his ocean point houses on the south side. excellent homes. 15 mins to grace bay.
add'l companies are (all with .com): marketplacevillas, prestigiousproperties, tcsafari, seafeathers, finevillas, caribbeanway, elliotholdings, caribbaway, turksandcaicosrentals.
also vacationparadise.tc and tcivillas.tc
as you look through these you will find that many of the villas are listed on all or most of the sites.
if you wish to share more specifics about what you are looking for in a villa (price -per bedroom, size - how many bedrooms, pool, beachfront, oceanfront, location, etc) i could probably suggest a couple of particular homes.
tcivillas.tc has a good map with the villa locations shown. if you go to www.villadeligera.com they have the best online map of provo for you.
happy planning!

I'll be staying at Aquamarine Beach Houses (sunrise villa balcony) Sept 10-17, so I'll let you know how it was when I return.

hi luvscuba. i'll be anxious to read your report from aquamarine beach houses. i'm always looking for the place that is perfect. have driven by. they are in a pretty good location. would be particularly interested in privacy factor(with other houses)and how long a beach walk to say coral gardens or if there is snorkeling by your villa.
syd - hope you got my email and that you are having some luck. let me know. think bella sur mer or bamboo would be super for you.

Aquamarine Beach Houses are awesome! I'm in the Sanddune Villa balcony level right now as I post this. The villa is very well maintained and has all the amenities. Location is great, you pretty much have the beach to yourself. The pool is a nice size, and the owners who live onsite are wonderful. There is a small reef in front of the house. Coral Gardens is about a 10-15 minute walk on the beach (yes, we walk very slow). They provide daily housekeeping, which was a surprise to us. And wi-fi access! Woohoo! =) The only thing that we miss is a/c in the living room/dining room as it can get quite hot during the daytime. There are ceiling fans, but they can't keep up with the heat. The rooms have a/c, so it's nice at night. During the off-season the other villas are probably not occupied. We were by ourselves until yesterday. I guess we will meet LUVSCUBA sometime this week. =)

hellos to luvscuba and mymoosie, i am so anxious to read more trip report info. from you both. what fun that you will meet!!
how close are the houses? can you see into or hear noise from the others? if all the houses were occupied would it seem crowded? (as in not the private villa experience)
how cool that you have private mini-reef!!
