Vacation home rental in with 6 mo. old

I'm looking for a great island to rent a large home (at least 4 bedrooms) on the water for the week before XMAS. We'll be two sets of grandparents, parents and a new baby. Just looking to relax and for a home on the water with a long beautiful beach.
Any suggestions or great finds?

some info like where you are traveling from, your budget, what you all like to do, etc.
on provo in turks and caicos this is my favorite house: http://www.northshorevillas.com/beach_villa_sandstone/
located near turtle bay marina with 5-6 restaurants and dive boat. directly on grace bay beach (often voted as one of 10 most beautiful on earth) by best off beach snorkeling on island. provo is easy to fly to from many of places.

Rented Loblolly on Mahoe Bay on Virgin Gorda last March for 3 generations (including 7-month-old). Fantastic area and great beach. Other villas in the complex - some on the beach and others set back and higher but a quick walk. If you search for Mahoe villas, you'll see the choices.

Although this sounds and looks wonderful, I am looking for something no more than @$5,000-6,000 for the week.
Four bedrooms would be perfect. We will be coming from either Hartford, CT or NYC. Any other suggestions?

bella sur mer is very nice w/pool: http://www.tcsafari.tc/bellasurmer.htm
as is its neighbor with fenced yard but w/no pool: http://www.atlanticbeachfrontvillas.com/
these are both as close to the water as you can get, about 15 min stroll from the good snorkeling and restaurants and better swimming beach directly in front of houses.
