need hotel suggestion near uvf airport

Are you looking to just spend a night or book for your whole vacation? Coconut Bay Resort is 5 minutes from UVF, but it doesn't get the best reviews, I think it used to be a Club Med or something like that. It is under fairly new management. The beach is on the Atlantic side and reportedly has a lot of seaweed. It might be allright for a short stay. It has a water park and is family oriented.

For the heck of it, I did a little more searching. Coconut Bay is AI, so probably not what you would want for one night. I thought the pickings would be slim for Vieux Fort and I was definitely right. The only hotels that I could find in Vieux Fort are, Juliette's Lodge, Skyway Inn and Suites and the Kabran Hotel. All are budget accomodations. Where are you heading to from STL? Grenadines?

ciming in late in day, going out early in morn. in between i am staying up north and don't feel like getting to my place middle of the night. rest and go up next morn.
