USVI timeshares
 

Does anyone have any experiences, good or bad, with timeshares in St. John or St. Thomas? We looked at one at the Westin St. John but did not buy. Just curious as to whether or not it has been a worthwhile investment. We are planning to return to St. John with other family members, hopefully on an annual basis. Any advice is appreciated.

In January 2001 my wife bought a week in 2 bedroom & a week in a Studio - at the Westin. We have been extremely happy with our purchase. What sealed the deal for us was our answer to the following question - If we could never vacation anywhere but St. John would we be happy? We both said yes and the rest is history. If you do decide to buy at the Westin I would ask for George very nice guy. Hope this helps.

I would appreciate it if you were willing to share info regarding price and fees. My wife and I will be in St. John the first week in August and may look into it.

We also purchased at the Westin (one bedroom) and are VERY happy with everything. Good to hear others are pleased as well.
