Upgrade at the Atlantis
 

My husband and I will be staying in the Coral Tower at the Atlantis in a few weeks,this will be our third time staying at the Atlantis. What are the chances of being upgraded to the Royal Tower? Any suggestions on how to go about this? Thanks in advance.

Best way to get into the Royal Tower is to pay the extra money.

Having been to Atlantis several times, on our last trip there we made reservations at the Coral Towers for a change. We arrived at 11 am to find that a massive computer malfunction had shut down the whole system and no one was allowed to check in. To make a long story short, it was 6 pm before we finally got through the system. By that time there were literally several hundred tired, cranky people waiting in line to check in. Upgrades to the Royal Tower were being freely given out.<BR><BR>In my experience, the check in process at Atlantis leaves much to be desired. However, keep your cool, be polite and respectful, and if an upgrade is not offered, it never hurts to ask.
