Types of cars for rent on St John

I'm thinking ahead for our trip to STJ in May 2007. There will be 7 adults and a toddler. Does anyone know of a car rental agency on the island that rents minivans, or large enough SUV's? I saw that some rent Mitsubishi Monteros but I am not familiar with the seating configuration. Do these SUV's have a 3rd row of seats? I would hate to have to rent 2 cars for the week, but if it is not feasible for us to all fit in one car, we'll go ahead and rent 2 jeeps.

Kcapuani, you should not have to rent two cars.
We rented a Ford Explorer, in excellent condition, from C and C in Cruz Bay. It had the third row of seats you asked about, was comfortable--7 of us fit comfortably, and we had no problem at all with the vehicle or renting from C and C.

Montero does not have 3rd row seat. Would fit max of 5 people. Too small for your 7. Sounds like the Explorer will work for you.

What about 7 with luggage though? Might have to make a couple trips!

Thanks tpatriccio, I was wondering how the car rental agencies figure you can fit 7 people in a Montero.
