If you're talking about Provo versus Nassau, Provo has better beaches by far.

If you are talking about comparing one of the Bahamas out islands, some of the out islands have more beautiful beaches than Provo.

You need to be more specific in your question!

Katie Aug 5th, 2002 06:22 AM

More specifically I am referring to Nassau/Paradise Island and Provo.

Thanks

In that case, Provo.

In comparison to Nassau - defintely Provo.

Bud Aug 5th, 2002 02:05 PM

Provo is really way above Nassau for beaches and accomodations.

If you leave Nassua PI area its pretty much a toss up.Out islands of Bahamas and Turks are alot alike.Nassua Paradise Island has night life action and all the bullshit that goes along with it such as crime, drugs, timeshare assholes, husslers and beggars but it serves for great entertainment.

since the turks and caicos are part of the bahama chain it depends which parts of the bahama chain you are addressing.

Traveler2 Aug 8th, 2002 09:54 PM

They most decidedly are NOT part of the Bahama chain. You, sir, need a geography lesson pronto!!

Actually Traveler2, the T&C ARE geologically part of the Bahamian archipelago. However, politically they are a distinct nation.
