seth, My husband and I went to Turks&Caicos for our 25th wedding anniversary(1998). We loved it there. We went back the next year for 2weeks. We did'nt stay at Grace Bay, but we went thru one of their rooms. It is a beautiful place. We had made plans to go back the third year but our trip was cancelled by Apple. Last Feb. we went to Jamaica. We plan on going back. Once you've been there, nothing compares to the beach or the waters. All I can say is ENJOY.

Just got in last night from
Provo, it gets my vote for the best beach,Grace Bay would be my #1 pick for accomadations, Turks & Cacios is totally different from Bahamas, very quiet, only beach activities, no shopping, but I would prefer it to Nassau anytime, go now before everyone discovers it!!!!!!

I suggest Grace Bay club for a romantic getaway. I stayed at Ocean Club on Provo in May, and LOVE the place, but I was with 2 friends, not spouse. Also will be returning there in November with my infant daughter and friends.
Grace Bay is very elegant in that wonderful islandy understated way.
Just went to Paradise Island for Thanksgiving and was again reminded why I don't like Nassau area. Too many people, cruise ships, etc.. that Ocean Club is very swank, but again, a different type of people. They have money and want everyone to know it? Yuck.
