Turks All Inclusive for family with kids

Hello, I am new to this forum and looking for some advise. We are looking to book an All Inclusive vacation in Turks and my first preference would be the Beaches resort. I have some reservations though .. I heard the resort is a little outdated and that there are some sections of the resort that have older rooms while others have newer renovated rooms.
Also this resort comes with an expansive price tag ... so I have a few questions: Is it really worth it for all this money? If yes, which section of the resort is best? Are there other similar resorts comparable or "hidden gems" that may be a bit cheaper?
Looking forward to reading some of your advise! Also, if anyone has any other suggestion of new 5* all inclusive resorts that may have really good deals please let me know, we are not completely stuck on Turks .

The only other All inclusive resort on Providenciales besides Beaches is Club Med and that one is more geared toward young adult couples and singles rather than families and isn't anywhere near a 5* resort.

Amanyara is a very upscale resort and they do offer a couple of "package deals" that include some or all your meals but I'm pretty sure everything else is extra. If you are concerned with prices at Beaches you'll be stunned with the prices at Amanyara.

If you have your heart set on a Beaches Resort look at their resort on Jamaica.

If all Inclusive is very important check out resorts in the Dominican Republic, it's the All inclusive capital of the Caribbean. Lots of AI's on Jamaica, too.

Beaches Turks and Caicos

Hey! WE just got back from Beaches with our three young children and recommend to do it! Its very pricey but its worth it Maybe instead of doing a full week there, do three or four nights to get the beaches experience and split it up with another hotel, like a club med or one that isn't all inclusive. We stayed in the key west village which was really nice. The Italian village also seemed nice.

Club Med doesn't allow children, so it's not an option for you in Providenciales. It's not really an AI kind of destination, but you might try a condo-style resort that will give you a bit more room to breathe after a few days going AI. Beaches also has a condo-style area, but it's rather expensive.

I researched this for about a year - for a multi-generation celebration trip. Ended up just booking Beaches TCI, but had same sticker shock. Have not been yet - so can't review. Read a zillion recent reviews carefully and negative ones were often for reasons that either didn't matter to me or seemed trivial. As far as price, read the fine print. Beaches includes tips, all alcohol, kid care - just about everything except spa. Some of the DR resorts I looked at didn't really include everything. Also, for our group coming from 3 different cities, flight schedule was surprisingly easy.
