Trip Insurance to cover deposit at a resort?

Hi, hopefully someone can help me. My husband and I are going on a trip in early April and have been required to give the resort a $1,500 deposit. This deposit becomes non-refundable within 30 days of the trip, so we'd like to get some travel insurance. We are leaving our children at home and they are being cared for by family members, so we would need to cancel if us, our children or the family members became ill. Can anyone recommend a good insurance policy for this. We would like to cover the deposit as well as the non-refundable portions of our air tickets. Thanks!
