the Palms
 

My travel agent highly recommends the Palms in Turks and Caicos, anyone on these boards been there? Thinking of late April/Early May

I have not spent the night there, but been through it, ate there for lunch, and used there spa.
It is absolutely gorgeous!

Its a nice resort, but what are you looking for in a vacation resort. There are other nice resorts on the Island that may suite you better

Have your check book ready. Rather pricy. Travel agent is looking out for the commission!!!!!!! Not your pocket.

Regarding my agent getting commission, the price she actually quoted was very, very reasonable,maybe she receives a higher comission for this property. I read some poor reviews on trip advisor, get the feeling it is an awesome looking property which is not managed well, reconsidering nevis or st lucia.

The Palms is owned by the same company that owns the Sands, another property on Grace Bay.

The Palms frequently runs really good night free specials that significantly cuts the cost. Look on their website for specials.

We have never stayed there although we walked around the pool, etc. It strikes me as very South Beach-ish. The rooms, based on their website pictures, look fantasic.
