I would suggest Aruba. There is so much for people of all ages to do, it has a ownderful town with hots spots and caters to alot of families so should have alot of other teens about.

I have heard good things about the Allegro.

I brought a 15 year old girl to St. martin and she loved it.
The shopping is one of the best. It has nice beaches, and clubs.
