T&C or Anguilla 5 or 6 bed villa rental wanted
 

Would like to rent a 5 or 6 bedroom oceanfront/view villa. Our group includes 9 or 10 people including 1 child. Need to be very close walking distance to a swimming beach and not close to the current and upcoming construction on Long Bay. Also want low crime area. Been reading that some areas are better than others crime wise.

Majority of villas in Anguilla are not beachfront, although there are some that belong to resorts, or are ultra expensive (do you have a budget in mind?)

When are you going, if soon, the best ones are sold out until April

On Leeward part of Grace Bay, comes with maid and cook, sleeps 12. Stunning gorgeous. Other villas on the beach normally are $5000-$15,000 nightly range

Villa Moonshadow ticks all your boxes and it is in the best area of the island in my opinion. 180degree water views of the caicos banks and 4 minutes walking to Taylor Bay which is perfect for your child. I stayed there with my family and another family. We loved it!
