To me, the ultimate is just getting out on a sailboat for a day :) In Barbados we got a private catamaran and had drinks, lunch, snorkeled, played our own music....our captain was awesome, great guy and really looked after us. we used www.barbadoscruiseexcursions.com and booked their smaller boat for a private sail for just our family. of course you can experience snorkeling with the turtle by going out on a snorkel tour with other people, but my suggestion for something special to do while in Barbados, go on a private sailing charter! it was awesome!
