noinfo: There are treatment plants at all hotels. The USVI is under the same EPA rules as big America. What the heck were you doing swimming in a marina??? Spear fishing is not legal everywhere. There are several marine reserves and the national park has rules, too. There are only a handful of campgrounds on the VI. Were you hoping to "live off the land"? Again, that is not legal and not recommended. And I would definitely disagree with your statement: "Nobody would disagree that cookie beach is a dump." But I love the name Cookie Beach.:-)
