St. Thomas in June
 

My wife and I have spent several winter vacations on St.Thomas, and have loved it.Now
we are considering having a family reunion there next June when schools end. We will be a group of 13 people ages 9 to 81, so we want to be sure that the weather will be good that time of year. Can anyone give us advice on June weather on St.Thomas?

It's nice then. A little warmer but lots of flowers are in bloom so it's very pretty at that time. And of course, the rates are a lot cheaper.

hi nancy i attended a wedding on st. thomas this past june. the only weather related issue was the african dust storm,
which cloudedthe view of st.john and the other islands somewhat on certain days. otherwise it was hot and the water felt wonderful. make sure the 81 yr old has a constant supply of water, and drinks it all day long! don't know is you have a place to stay yet but you might look at www.secretharbourvi.com if not. its a great snorkel beach and very elder frienly in that the water is always calm and drops off quite gradually. condo style rooms with full kitchen, patio or balcony directly on their beach, so no walk just to get there. and has a 3 meal a day restaurant on site with a fun bar.

Sounds good - We do not mind heat.Our main concern is rain. Some tropical places have a rainy season in June.
We have stayed at Secret Harbour and that is where we would hope to go.

June is not particularly rainy. Of course, it's getting towards storm season, but I have been there several times in late July and have not found it especially rainy. These islands are so small, if you do get rain clouds, they tend to move over the island in a couple of hours.
