St. Martin

We, unfortunately, had to cancel our trip to St. Martin to health reasons. We were supposed to be there this past Tuesday, June 9 through the 16th. For those of you who are there right now, just wondering how the weather's been this week on the French side - rain or no? Temps? I know it's sometimes different Dutch vs. French, but not always. We're thinking of re-booking the same week for next year and would really love to know how the weather is so we can plan ahead.

Thanks so much,

Annie

You can have our rain. I'm in NYC and last saw sunshine last weekend. Thanks for the info; looking foward to making it down next year at this time.

Just remember there are no guarantees! This time next year there might be a tropical storm or two the week you're there!

The predicted number of storms for 2009 is higher than average and similar to the previous couple of years... that's the trend but of course hurricane season begins on June 1st.

Tropical storms peak in September for St. Martin.

Here's a link to an article on hurricanes..

We're heading to St. Martin next week and I'll check the weather forecast before we leave home but we're expecting great weather!
