How far is George F. L.Charles Airport from Rodney Bay Village?
I was told there were very few roads that have signage to direct you? Is this true?

Just as in the UK and other British influenced countries, it is the left side of the road. Depending on the time of day it should take less than 30 minutes.
Just follow the traffic and you will be fine.

Do you recommend any particular places to stay or activities while in St. Lucia?

You have to see the Pitons and visit the Soufrière Drive In Volcano.

Spice of India is one of the best Indian Restaurants anywhere.

Also see the Pitons from the water. We took a catamaran excursion in order to do that.
