We are a family of 4 travelling to st kitts and nevis (and st martin, anquilla and st barths!) feb.....we have 11 days. wondering if anyone could help with tour guide names and ideas of what the cremdelacreme would be to do with two 17 year old teens....we have two nights on nevis at the Oualie Beach and 3 nights in st ktts at the marriott......have booked a flight into stkitts from st martaan and plan to take the ferry over to nevis asap for the beginning our trip...then return to stkitts for the 3-4 days before taking a lfight back into st martin for the remainder of our trip, with day excursions to both anquilla and st barths....all ideas are welcome! thanks! we like adventure....hiking is a must, 4-wheeling could be fun, we have done a zip line in costa rica so not sure this is worth it again? omments?

Haven't been to St. Kitt's in a few years, however, loved the island. Swimming at the Marriott isn't very good, but there are several beautiful beaches on the leeward side of the island. One is within walking distance with a great little restaurant. Take a trip to Turtle Beach - neat little outdoor restaurant for lunch. They have vervet monkeys that come right up to you but watch your food, they steal it if you aren't looking. Teens would love this. You can rent motor scooters but be careful of the mountain goats who roam the higher roads. Definitely take a dinner trip across the island to Sprat Net. Best seafood we have ever eaten. Ask if "Heart Attack" is still taxi-ing at the Marriotts, and if so have him line you up for dinner at the Sprat Net. We took a day trip on at huge Catamaran to Nevis for snorkeling. Enjoy your trip.

Here's an article that has the names of some of the best guides in Nevis! Jim Johnson for hiking and kayaking and Barbara for snorkeling..http://www.examiner.com/x-1092-Carib...-and-rum-oh-my
