St John vacation, on expedia
 

Expedia is offering a vacation package to th Westin, St John for a price slightly below that of our travel agent...my wife and I are going next June for our honeymoon, my question is whether or not to use expedia, has anyone booked a vacation package through them?? Specifically at the Westin if possible, any feedback is appreciated<BR>Thanks

I am a travel agent and if my clients see a better deal I try to match it! We are not in the business of just selling trips as sites like Expedia but rather want to make long-term clients. My clients have my office #, home # and cell # so they can reach me with any questions and/or concerns they may have.

We went to USVI over Thanksgiving and used Expedia. I too was hesitant but we didn't experience any problems. We didn't stay at Westin though, but Marriott FR. Just use common sense and confirm your flight and hotels a few days prior to trip departure.

Either way buy trip insurance Nate--you don't want anything to ruin your honeymoon. <BR>And to 'Travelagent' I wish I had a travel agent like you, a good travel expert is a blessed and rare commodity.
