Hello hairman, try CRUZ BAY VILLAS. Good place with a great pool and immediate access to Cruz Bay and you can get a really good room for around $150 per night. Make sure while in St. John you snorkle Hawksnest beach and Cinnamon Bay also.

aside from clean..do you need a pool? will you be renting a car ?

Try Cruz Views. They sit just up over the town with a view to St. Thomas. If you are energetic you can walk back and forth, but it's a steep uphill on the way back. It consists of ten small condos and a pool.
