St John to jost van dyke for a day/ worth it?
Hi,
I'm going to st John with DH for a week. The ferry is 70 dollars pp round trip to Jost Van Dyke. Is it worh 140 dollars to go for a day. is it that much different from st. John? Any info is appreciated.

Yes it's worth it. Cool beach bars, including Soggy Dollar and Foxys.
One of the prettiest beaches in VIs.
You can probably go by catamaran excursion that usually includes a stop at the really cool Sandy Island too

I agree, it's definitely worth it, but for another $50 p/person, I'd do the full day trip and do the Baths in Virgin Gorda and Soggy Dollar/Sandy Spit on the way back-there are plenty of excursions that do this. Have fun! We'll be there in June, but who's counting

My daughter and boyfriend did a snorkel/Jost trip with either Cruz Bay or Low Key watersports- open bar- they loved it although it was more than $140. If you do the ferry it goes to Foxy's and I believe you will have to pay more to go to White beach/Soggy Dollar by either taxi or boat. That is a very beautiful beach.
