St. John Villa, help!
I'm staying in St. John in June and am trying to decide on a nice luxioux villa for my honeymoon. Am looking for any advice on which one to look into. I definitely want it along the north shore. Any ideas, please let me know.

Check out these websites to get an idea what is available. There appear to be some beautiful ones in Peter Bay, however, I don't know what you want to spend. Also, there aren't a ton of properties on the north shore since there is a lot of National Park land.

Add: www.vacationvistas.com to your list. They are an excellent agency to deal with.
Renting a villa was very romantic, there is also a fabulous chef on the island who will come to your villa to cook for you. He's on a site called "Rommservice" Shay Muclare is his name. Wonderful man and fabulous food. Definite worth the $$$.

Not sure why you are looking for a North shore rental - there are not many.
The Peter bay is one of the few developments in the park and will offer the top of the line. (If money is no object)
Also check with cateredto.com
she rents a lot of upscale north shore ridge homes.
Consider "Hakuna Matata" at vivavacations.com or search the homes by location on this site and look for Peter bay homes.
Good luck and congratulations!

Thank you for your replys, I will look into those websites. I guess the villa doesn't have to be on north shore, I have just heard that the north shores are much nicer and prettier than any other ones.

I recently stayed at a villa called Sunnyledge which is just above Francis Bay on the north shore. Francis is our favorite beach and it was just a 4 minute drive away.........or a 10 minute walk. You can check it out on the website Francisbeach.com
The view is spectacular and the villa is brand new with lovely furnishings -- we loved it!
