St. Croix...which resort?
 

We are looking at The Buccaneer and The Divi Carina Resort...they both look nice..looking for pros and cons to which ever one..any imput would be great..Thank you!!

Spent a week at a condo called Gentle Winds. The owner is O'Neil. I highly recommend it. A private beach, pool, and snack shack for lunch

Stayed at the Buc and visited the Divi. Divi is about as far from town as you can get. It looked really nice tho and had a big beach. The Buc was great. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

You can't really go wrong with either choice. The Divi is newer and flashier. It is farther away from Christiansted (although the well-regarded Carambola is a much further drive in terms of time), but it's an easy drive to make. The Buc is older, in the best sense of that word, and is a closer drive to town. If you plan to take advantage of the excellent restaurants in C'sted you might want The Buc, but as I said it's an easy drive (even in the left lane!) from the Divi. The good news is you'll be happy whichever you choose.

Don't forget, the Divi has a casino!
