St. Barts -- Advice on what not to miss

Jump to last reply

In just a few short months (well, three and a half but when it comes to vacation, perspective matters) we'll be spending a week in St. Barts. This will be my first trip to the Caribbean and while the other three I'll be with are Caribbean veterans, none of us have been to St. Barts before. We're staying in a rented villa and will have a car.

What I'm hoping my Fodor's friends can supply is counsel on what things -- beaches, activities, restaurants, stores, etc. -- simply shouldn't be missed while we're there. We're all totally content to enjoy our books on the beach or poolside, but are also always game for something active too -- sailing, biking, hiking, whatever. So if you have some experience to share, please do!

Thanks!
