Spring break with kids

We are looking for an inexpensive place to stay the week before Easter. We want something on a nice beach where we can snorkle that also has a pool, hot tub and good food. Grand Cayman would be nice because its not as long a flight and we only have 3 nights but we are open to ideas. Also, I read somewhere that water sports are prohibited the week before Easter on Puerto Rico for religious reasons. Does anyone know if this is true for other islands as well?
Thanks!
You might consider a condo so that you can eat some of your meals in. One on 7 mile beach would be best for a beach to snorkle from.

You may want to look into some other islands as Grand Cayman tends to be one of the more expansive islands to stay on

If you only have three nights, I would avoid Grand Cayman, Aruba, etc. because they are way too far for such a short time (unless you are going from South Florida) I recommend the Turks & Caicos, specifically the main island of Provo. Lots of wonderful condo accomodations, the most gorgeous beach I've seen and less than a 90 minute flight from Miami.

Atlantis Resort in Paradise Island Bahamas! Perfect destination for the family. They offer 3 night packages!

I also was going to suggest Atlantis but they said they wanted to do something inexpensive.I will be going there at the same time they are looking at and I found nothing inexpensive about the place.
