Snorkeling trips?

We're visiting Antigua in February for the first time and would like to take one of the water tours. We're looking for a trip where we can do some snorkeling (but not hours of it), see the coastline and enjoy time on the water. We'd prefer a half-day trip, like smaller groups and definitely don't want a "booze cruise" type trip. Also, we want to avoid pounding through rough surf, since I can get a bit seasick (I read this might be a problem with some of the Atlantic coast trips?) I know there are so many great trips (kayaks, Eli's tour, cat tours). I wish we had time for them all, but we'll need to pick just one. I'd love to hear your recommendations on which might meet our needs the best. Thanks!
