Snorkeling Pick-St Thomas, Bahamas or St. Martin

We are going on a cruise in May, and we are trying to decide which one of our 3 ports would be the best to snorkel at.

We are going to:
St. Thomas (and could take a boat over to St. John or St. Croix)

Nassau, Bahamas

St. Martin (and could possibly take a boat over to St. Bart's??)

Any advice or tips would be great. We snorkeled in St. Lucia 2 years ago and we weren't impressed (but we loved the island). 10 years ago I snorkeled in Cayman Islands and LOVED it!

Of the places you mentioned, St. John has the best snorkeling by far. Take the boat there and enjoy!!

St.Martin has no sorkeling, there is one beach on St.Thomas that is ok for it but you can't compare it with Block Island(off St.Croix) and Trunk bay on St.John. BTW, Anse Chastenette resort on St.Lucia has very good snorkeling right off their beach...
