Snorkeling in Curaçao?

Can you tell me your top five beaches for snorkeling in Curaçao? We will be there in August and we are looking forward to snorkeling again. This will be our first visit to the island.

We did a beach hopping tour that took us to Playa Daaibooi, Cas Abao, Playa Lagun, Playa Forti and the Natural Jacuzzi. You really need to either book the tour or get a rental car and a good map to find these spots.

The highlight of our trip was the intro dive at the Sea Aquarium. No certification is required. You go down with a dive master and feed the fish, stingrays and sharks. It was awesome.

We rented a jeep and did our own thing. We enjoyed the snorkelling at San Juan where there are 3 remote beaches, you turn at Landhuis San Juan and pay a small entrance fee and follow the dirt track road to some signs. You should exercise caution here since it is remote & you might be the only ones on the beach. Also, this is not the place for beginners. This website best describes itbr />

We used Actief. Here's their site:

The don't have the beach hopping tour listed on the first page, but says you can inquire. When we went, there was only DH and I and another couple. The other couple only choose the half day, so when their day was up a taxi came and picked them up and then we got the rest of the tour to ourselves. They also took us to Jaanchies for lunch.
