Seeking advice on JungleQui Rainforest in Puerto Rico

Jump to last reply

I will be staying in Old San Juan with five friends before we board our cruise ship. The ladies (young-minded seniors) want to visit the JungleQui Rainforest. If I'm not mistaken, this is the rainforest that is a national park.

Do we need to take a guided bus tour or is it feasible for us to rent a minivan for the day? Much of what I'm reading is about zip lining. Is there more to do there than zip line? How far is it from Old San Juan? If we decide to rent a minivan, where is the most convenient spot to rent one? We certainly don't want to go back to the airport.

Any direction you could give us on this excursion would be appreciated.
