Hello, I have been lurking on the forum for quite sometime now. You guys have really provided me with some great tips. Thank you.

I am wondering what you use for your travel arrangements. For me, I like to get away to places on the cheap but stay in "step down luxury". We have done a fair share of travelling: Cabo, Barbados, Costa Rica, St. Kitts/Nevis, Playacar. Most of these, all-inclusives, with airfare cost around $2000 for myself and my wife. We usually stay at some Occidental property, or a nice hotel such as Marriott-St. Kitts. We don't stay at the Ritz, but we also don't pay $24 for some place roadside.

All the while, I have been using a travel auction website...as dates are flexible and not all that important. It's worked out well for us but, now looking to expand to places not offered, i.e...St. Barths, Anguilla, Maldives, Martinique etc...

With all that said, what do you use...? I am trying to get more here than, orbitz, travelocity, and hotwire. Looking for up to the minute bargains. If you don't want to publicize your site, you can email me at: [email protected].

Keep in mind those are upscale islands that you're picking, so don't expect to pay what you've been used too!
Martinique you can do reasonably, keep in mind, St. Bart's, Anguilla and Maldives are expensive destinations.
