Sandals Bumping

I'm new to this board and to Jamaica! My husband and I are taking a belated honeymoon on December 27 to SRC. I am VERY concerned about the bumping situation. We've saved for a long time for this vacation and do not want it to be ruined! How do I get the GM's email address to contact him about my concerns?

so did you get bumped or are you just scared you might get bumped? If you did get bumped, to which property?

We haven't been bumped yet, but we got a call from our TA warning us that there are major renovations going on and that they think the Sandals has overbooked. I talked with the Manager and he says he will do everything he can.
