San Juan- Where to stay !!!
 

Looking for a nice place to stay that doesn't cost a fortune. We are only staying one night before our cruise and one night after the cruise so we don't need a beach. We will probably tour around Old San Juan so all we really need is a comfortable hotel to just get a good night sleep. Thanks for any suggestions you might have.

Last year we stayed at the El Prado Inn. It was o.k. for one night. We stayed 2 and that was plenty. It is in a good location, the staff is very nice. If you are not expecting a five star you will be fine. I think it is in Condado. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Buses and taxi's are also easy to access. It is about a $14.00 cab ride to the aiport. There is another small place called Wind Chimes Inn which is one I would consider for just a night or 2. Good luck.

Try the ESJ towers.

Consider the Wyndham Old San Juan. It is close to the docks and ideal if you intend touring Old San Juan.
