Rustic, Diving, On the Beach Bungalow Nice Beach, Mid Feb

Hello! Just Married late 20's Couple looking for a place to go in Mid of February, our simple but sweet requirments are a great beach, Bungalow "on the beach" Diving (Both Certified), Quiet, non tourist area. Basically we want to stay in a place we can walk 20 yards to the ocean beable to dive and not feel like we are tourists. Any suggestions? to many options help me narrow it down. Not married to any area so please surprise me with options!

Thank you

New Happy Husband.

Thatch Caye Resort, Belize, although it's a short boat ride to the reef. For walk in the water diving, Bonaire, of course. Can't help with where to stay, we were in the Divi, it was OK, I would stay there again.
