Room Types at Swept Away?

Hello, I have reservations for an "atrium room" at Swept Away. This is supposed to be the middle category between beachfront, and I believe, garden. Can anyone tell me a good room number to ask for? I don't want to be too far away from the beach. Also, is an upstairs or downstairs room better? (Already stayed at beachfront, but can't afford it this time.) Thank you.

Congratulation and I am sooo jealous! We had an atrium room for our honeymoon there. Absolutely loved it. Would ask for the same when we return.

We had a second floor and appreciated that for privacy reasons. Also really enjoyed being up in the foliage tops....great ambience. The verandah is fabulous. Indeed, it was my favorite aspect of the room. SA is sooo romantic. Even the beach. The food was wonderful. The only complaint we heard about the food was that it was "too rich"!

No atrium room is too far from the beach! You'll either be one building back or two, its no difference really. We had a first floor room and we were happy with that for the ability to wander right off our balcony, and for breakfast to be delivered there in the morning without anyone coming into our room. My concern would be more about being away from the dining room...

Ditto blue devil - I have been twice - once upper level and then lower level. I liked the lower level because we didn't have to use the back door to come and go and I loved having breakfast delivered with just a knock.

Good, if we all end up at SA at the same time, I can count on ya'll to leave me a second floor room! :-)

I LOVED the privacy of the verandah. It was my honeymoon, after all. They aren't THAT far from the beach. Actually, I could see glimpses of the beach and water from that wonderful verandah...
