RIU Bambu - Any Comments?
 

We're booked at the RIU Bambu for our honeymoon in September. I've already checked out Debbie's Dominican site (the best info I have ever found on the DR!), but would like more feedback on the resort and area. We're interested in snorkelling and maybe swimming with the dolphins. <BR> <BR>What sunblock would you recommend? We plan to bring a 30 - but is that enough? I burn pretty easily! <BR> <BR>Any tips on what to pack? <BR> <BR>Thanks in advance.

just wondering how your trip was. we are <BR>planning on going early april 2002.

Hi...<BR>We are heading to the Riu Bambu February 2 with our 8 year old daughter. From the reviews I would have to say we are quite excited, sounds like a lovely place and looking forward to our vacation.

Also headed to RIU Bambu early April 2002 w/9 year old daughter. Any tips? Would love to hear feedback! First "all-inclusive" vacation - looking forward to it.<BR><BR>Thanks,<BR>Susan

Hi Susan: We'll be at the Bambu too. Leaving out of Toronto on April 7th for the week. We are not bringing children, but another couple are going with us. Maybe we'll see you there!
