Restaurants with a view in Aruba

I have read about many restaurants in Aruba on this board that sound good. Can anyone recommend good restaurants that have a nice view of the ocean? I'd really like to eat outside in a nice setting. Has anyone eaten at Ruinas del Mar at the Hyatt? If so, was it good and does it have an ocean view? Also, we are going to be in Aruba next weekend. Do I need to make reservations for dinner? Any suggestions about restaurants would be appreciated.

Nice view of the ocean, eh?

How about La Trattoria El Faro Blanco -- the restaurant that's right next to the California Lighthouse....I honestly can't imagine any other location having quite as spectacular a vista.

Have fun!

Flying Fishbones where you sit with your toes in the sand on the beach. Make reservations for just before sunset. Also many of the hotels will serve dinner for two on the beach with private service.

I agree that La Trattoria del Faro Blanco is not to be missed for spectacular views; I ate there this month and the food was great too. It was my favorite dinner while we were in Aruba. Sit on the terrace.
We made all of our reservations on the same day as our dinners; be sure to ask your concierge to do it for you. Have fun.

High Nickie and thanks for remembering the name for me! BTW they made a special tiramisu cake for my wifes BD which we celebrated there.
