Restaurants in St. Barths
We just booked our trip to St. Barths in July. We're looking for fun low-key restaurants. Any suggestions?
Also are there any sights or spots that are a must see?

They are all fun, I am not sure what you mean by low-key, but it sounds like you might like EDDY'S in Gustavia. The food is amazing and the prices are pretty fair (for St. Barth's anyway..if that is possible!
Also, Maya's is so fabulous!! There are two Maya'a. One is the restauarnt on the water, and the other is across from the airport, there is a Maya'a to go, so when we left we bought food there and took it on the plane with us!! Yum!
K'fe Matisse was also an innovative dinning experience! I could go on and on....I love St. Barth's so much!
You will have a great time! Enjoy!

Cocoloba's on Grand Cul De Sac is a great barefoot in the sand lunch place. In the evening it becomes Gloriette's which is also low key but has great seafood.
St. Jean Bay is great for people watching.

It is probably too late for your trip since it is the end of July, but my husband and I went to St. Barts in 2001 and ate at Mandala - are we are still talking about it! Amazing view, perfect atmosphere and wonderful food.
