My husband and I took our honeymoon to Aruba 3 years ago and had a wonderful time. Of the restaurants you mentioned, we ate at Iguana Joe's, Salt & Pepper, and the Lighthouse. The first two do not stick out in my mind; however, I do remember the Lighthouse well. Be sure to go at sunset- the view is amazing. The food is delicious, but it will probably be your most expensive meal. We spent just over $100 on the two of us-- and that was just entrees- no appetizers, dessert or wine.
Our favorite meal, by far, was at Le Petite. Definitly try to go there if possible.

The highlights of our trip were snorkling and taking an ATV tour all over the island. This included seeing the natural bridge, etc.

Whatever you do, you're gonna have a great time!

Don't miss aruban food while there - it is fresh fish usually pan friend and can be had with creole sauce.

Some other restaurants:
I loved dinner at Gasparito's.My husband enjoyed his dinner at Screaming Eagle but mine was just OK. We also enjoyed the Sunset Grille at the Radisson.
