Recommend Hotels in St. Maarten.
 

My husband and I are traveling to St. Maarten this month - last minute getaway. We are looking for a great hotel on the beach for a decent price. Any recommendations? Thanks in advance!

We really like the Esmeralda on the french side. Don't remember the price. The sister hotel is the Alamanda.

Oyster Bay Beach Resort is my favorite, on Dawn Beach. Secluded not far from Phillipsburg or orient Beach and Grand Case.

We stayed at Mary's Boon on the Dutch side and loved it. It's right on the beach, and right by the airport.

A couple of other hotels we've stayed at are L'Hoste which is right on Orient Beach and The Grand Case Beach Club which is in Grand Case, a little town with wall-to-wall restaurants. These are both on the French side and both on beaches.

I've stayed in numerous hotels in St. Martin, one of my favorites is Grand Case Beach Hotel.

You should really rent a car to explore the island too! Car rentals are pretty cheap in SXM-you will be bombarded for them leaving the airport.
