cap juluca 2/1/02 4 stars not 5! needs some polishing pimms restaurant over priced for the ok not excellent service. food value &quantity not worth the money. most beautiful beach of any carribean resort! be careful if you dine at mango's restaurant that you don't get overcharged on your check.

I was planning on going to Cap in May. Based on your post do you think I should move to Malliahana? I'm not worried about the hotel food, I understand there are many good restaurants on the island. Most important is the beach and water then the accommodations. What would you suggest?

If your preference is beachfront with rooms on the beach, stay with Cap. I found that Pimm's was right in line with the other high end priced restaurants island wide and location on the water was great. No complaints about Pimm's here.

Ann, I guess that coupon for 2 free drinks at Pimm's guaranteed some good reviews.

Stay with Cap. I just returned from there myself, and it was truly wonderful. I don't think there's anything they could have done to make the place better.
