The only place that I know of for certain where raclette is served here on the French side of the island (on Fridays, Saturdays and Sunday evenings only) is at Paradise View, on the inland side of the main road overlooking Orient Bay.
However it is possible that it is also available at Le Chalet, in Sandy Ground - as it is a Swiss restaurant - though I am not at all sure, never having eaten there myself.

Yes, Le Chalet is the restaurant that Michaelpl is thinking of. It's in Sandy Ground, just off the right-hand side of the road on the way into Marigot, and it does (if it's still open) serve raclette when I ate there. Fondue as well. But it's been a couple of years since I was there. A cute restaurant, though.
