PUNTA CANA QUESTION

My family and I will be leaving shortly for the DR and will be staying at the Paradisus Palma Real. What I'd like to know is what the message boards are NOT revealing. Anyone care to share their recent experiences both good and bad? Thank you soooo much!

Sorry to say, there are few (if any?) Punta Cana travelers on this forum, per past similar requests that have gone mostly unanswered.
