Punta Cana- Iberostar Bavaro

Traveling with my parents and my 2 young kids. We want good food, clean hotel, great beach and good snorkeling. We are thinking of the Iberostar Bavaro- any thoughts?

Have been to IB Punta Cana, which is adjacent to the IB Bavaro.
Wonderful beach, clean, and big buffets which is helpful when traveling with kids.

We have stayed at the Iberostar Bavaro Suites. It has everything you are looking for but I do not remember any snorkeling. You might have to go on a day trip away from the hotel to find snorkeling.

They are part of the same complex, but the IB Bavaro is a step up from the IB Punta Cana and Dominican. If you stay at the Bavar you get to use the facilities at the other resorts on the complex, but not vice versa. I think you also get more ala carte dinners at the Barvaro than the others.

The Iberostar Grand Hotel Bávaro is the newest and the most complete of the 4 Ibero in Punta Cana.

Never miss Ibero star hotels.
