punta cana - Bavaro Beach Resort
 

We are planning a trip tto Punta Cana in January, I would appreciate any helpful information that anyone has. We are staying at the Bavaro Beach Resort (all inclusive) and I would also like to know also if there are any day trips that can be taken from the resort. What the beach is like etc. Thanks!

Hi Judy. You will have the best time of your life. The resort is beautiful, the beach is spectacular. My fiance and I stayed there for 2 weeks in late April of this year. We have been to Cuba & Jamaica, and Bavaro blows them all away. Drop us a line if you like and we will be more than happy to answer any questions you might have.

Hi Sue. You should have no problems hear. You will really enjoy yourself. We found the food really good. There is such variety of outdoor restaurants and buffets, you should always find something you like. I believe the Beach hotel on the resort is classified a 4 star, but the Palace hotel is a 5 star.
Their pool is fantastic. The rooms are nice. Nothing really really great, but nothing bad about them at all.

Has anyone stayed at the DON JUAN BEACH RESORT near Boca Chica? I would appreciate any information regarding, rooms, food, scuba diving...

We are going to punta cana in March with 24 people for a golf vacation. Do you know how the course is.
Which are the good resturants. We are staying at the Beach Hotel. How was that? Thanks

Hi Bev. You will really enjoy staying at the beach hotel. The whole resort is great. There are all kinds of buffet and outdoor grill restaurants, with everything imaginable to eat. One of the nicer places to dine is the La Fuente restaurant in the Casino Hotel. You must wear long pants, no shorts, or tank tops allowed. You can make reservations at the public relations desk in the Beach Hotel. This restaurant is not part of an all inclusive package. As for the golf course, you will of course find it very dry and hard. I believe you must be at least a 30 handicap to play, but I'm not 100%25 sure.
