To the OP. Puerto Rico nicest beaches are hard to reach them and no hotels have that future IMO. Best bet already suggested. El Con have their private island, a 10 minutes ride white sand beach of Palomino. Icacos required a boat ride also ten minutes, but required fees. Vieques and Culebra have world class beaches, but no hotel chain there. The locals want to protect unspoiled beaches. West Coast, the same way. La Playuela white sand beach Caribbean waters require a bumpy ride and some walk. On top of that is about 3 1/2 hours ride and again no big hotel chains there.
