i just posted a trip report as i just returned but i wanted to put something on the end of this thread as it had caused me alot of stress when i read it. All i can say is the hotel is gorgeous and luxurious. We received excellent service in the rooms, at the spa, on the beach and at the pool. Chris was helpful in making all restuarant reservations. Our car was booked and delivered to us as promised. The front desk cashed a check for us. Annie booked wonderful trips for us. Michele at the front desk helped us change flights so we could come home directly (even though American Airlines wouldn't change it for us). There were a few minor things but these were rectified by a simple phone call to the front desk. We were all very satisfied and I just felt I needed to respond to some of the issues that were in the posts that were written here previously.
